Jotron’s safety products are designed for harsh maritime and offshore environments. Our AIS Class A transponder and GMDSS products are widely used on merchant ships, fishing vessels, tugboats, navy ships, and energy installations worldwide. Our PLB also enables safe outdoor activities on land.

Jotron’s VHF and UHF ATC radios, combines excellent RF performance (for congested areas) with advanced digital signalling techniques. The Jotron costal radios feature full voice over IP functionality for communication between coast and vessels and offshore installations. TR-910 Multipurpose VHF Airband Radio is a compact high-quality radio for use in all areas where portability is a key factor. TR-910 is available in a variety of configurations to meet the demands of the ATC, oil and gas industries. Jotron also offers a range of remote control units – and an advanced computer based remote control and monitoring system, intended for ATC or wide area control applications.

Ricochet is Jotron’s world-leading synchronised recorder and replay system for Air Traffic Control (ATC), Vessel Traffic Service (VTS), coastal and offshore communications. Ricochet captures, replays and analyses all data, ready to deliver the total scenario when reconstruction of an incident is imperative. The recording concept is flexible and modular, allowing an unlimited number of channels to be recorded simultaneously. The recorder is fully integrated to all Jotron’s radios and based on COTS hardware. Ricochet has been designed to meet the specific demands of world-wide ATC environments. The system is fully compliant to both national and international standards.

Jotron’s SmartOil recording system is developed exclusively for recording of communication between helicopters, offshore platforms and vessels.
